A contract between you and Fairview Bay Wellness Ltd is formed only when we confirm your order by telephone and dispatch the product. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are as displayed on the Site at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Payment

Payment is collected on delivery by the courier. You pay only upon receiving your order. There are no upfront charges and no subscription or recurring billing. We do not store payment card information.

6. Delivery

We deliver within New Zealand only. Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days after order confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery.

7. Your consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986, or any other applicable New Zealand consumer protection legislation.
